About Sarah Y. Siu, MD

Sarah Siu, MD, is a comprehensive board-certified dermatologist who treats skin, hair, and nail conditions in patients of all ages and ethnicities. She practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at NY Partners Dermatology, located in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn in New York City.

She graduated from the CUNY Brooklyn College BA/MD program, where she was awarded magna cum laude. Dr. Siu went on to complete her medical degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She continued her internal medicine internship training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she also completed her dermatology residency and was selected to be Chief Resident in her final year.

Dr. Siu is currently a Clinical Instructor at Mount Sinai Health System in the Department of Dermatology. She has published in academic journals, presented at national conferences, and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. 

As a native New Yorker who grew up in the area, Dr. Siu understands the community's distinct and diverse needs. She is devoted to treating the neighborhood's pediatric and adult populations, providing outstanding care to her community, and utilizing state-of-the-art, evidence-based treatment for dermatological conditions. She helps patients choose what is best based on their lifestyle, medical history, and preferences.
